Who I Am

With over 20 years of extensive training and practical experience, I am a dedicated professional in the field of Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Health Counseling. Holding the credentials of a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC), I have committed my career to helping individuals and professionals deepen their understanding and mastery of holistic health practices.

My Journey

My journey into the world of Yoga and Ayurveda began more than two decades ago, driven by a profound interest in the ancient wisdom and holistic healing modalities these disciplines offer. Over the years, I have trained under renowned teachers and practitioners, continuously expanding my knowledge and refining my skills. My practice integrates traditional teachings with contemporary applications, making them accessible and relevant to today’s needs.

What I Offer

I help individuals (re)ignite their joy in life and heal from suffering. Through individualized sessions, group classes, and small functional groups, I provide personalized attention and support for each participant’s unique journey. Additionally, I offer continuing education courses for yoga teachers, yoga therapists, health counselors, and wellness practitioners to enhance their professional skills. My courses are rooted in Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, offering a comprehensive approach to health and well-being.

Working directly with individuals, I teach holistic practices for daily living. My wish is for you to feel ease and stability in your body and mind, experience deep joy, and bring your gifts to the world with your heart as your guide. This self-empowering work is deeply healing for everyone involved.

Incorporating the healing principles of Ayurveda, we will align your unique constitution and nourish your body and soul through personalized recommendations and nutrition.

True healing isn’t easy. It demands a deep commitment to our own well-being. I will serve as your dedicated guide, your ally, and cheerleader. Together, we’ll navigate this journey.
